EPF receives numerous requests from the commercial community seeking contact details of
our members.
Due to the Privacy Act and the requests of our members we do not provide our database details. However, we can distribute advertisements on your behalf to our members at your cost. Below are the possible distribution options and the associated charges.
There are approximately 130 egg producers. We send out a quarterly newsletter to them. Flyers and leaflets can be included in a mail-out to producers (or separately, if desired).
Please note that the inclusion of any advertising materials in or with the EPF newsletter does not constitute endorsement by the EPF office, its staff or the Executive Committee members. The newsletter will contain a statement to this effect: “the inclusion of any advertising material in or with this publication does not imply that the Egg Producers Federation of New Zealand (Inc) (or its officers, employees, contractors, agents or Executive Committee Members) endorse the advertiser or the product or service advertised”.
Please keep in mind that:
- you are able to send information out to certain subsets of farmers if you wish (for example, certain production types, or producer members only).
- the same rates apply to all EPF members and non members.
If you wish to send out advertising with the EPF Newsletter, the deadlines are as follows for the relevant editions:
- Winter Edition – close of business, 30 May
- Spring Edition – close of business, 5 September
- Summer Edition – close of business, 28 November
